Anna grew her career from rank and file position at the age of 17; Anna carried various HR functions, served companies across multiple industrial sectors from 1989 including automation (Allen-Bradley), automotive (Delphi), building material (UTC), chemical (Celanese) and based in different country across Asia Pacific and US. She had been promoted to HR Director Asia from 1997. Though she was a senior leader, she is organized, detailed, team oriented and practical. She possessed can-do attitude, executed, and successfully achieved each challenging goal for her employers. She carries rich HR experience and would like to contribute her expertise to grow business together with employers in Singapore.

Anna earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Marketing from University of Tasmania, Australia, and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from University of Macau.
Consulting Partner. Jeremy is a seasoned Human Resources practitioner with more than 10 years of experience in the field. He has held HR generalist & specialist roles in various industries ranging from marine, oil and gas and chemical and has worked with Global MNC, ‘local’ MNC to Social Enterprises.
He is especially strong in establishing the HR framework and best practices. Besides managing Business Excellence projects, Jeremy has solid experience in effective resolution of HR common day-to-day operational challenges and is the brainchild behind countless strategic cum tactical HR solutions implemented. He also has in-depth experience in facilitating HR Audits.
Jeremy has a great passion for training. His involvement in training spans from training material co-development to stand-up delivery. As a trainer, Jeremy can connect with his learners regardless of hierarchy, from the ranks of Senior Managers to blue collars employees.
Jeremy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, with double major for Human Resource & Industrial Relations and Marketing awarded by the University of Queensland, Post-graduate Diploma in Leadership and People Management awarded by the Singapore National Employer Federation. He is also a certified HR Professional in Resourcing, Compensation and Benefits.
Business Development Partner. Bosco has a passion to identify business opportunity and develop partnership. He is optimistic and believe opportunity though the economy is weak. Personally, he is creative and believes in his expertise in written communication. He decided to venture into building stronger inter-personal relationships in business. Through his time during four years of being self-employed as an assistant property manager, he has maintained strong communication over phone and email in managing vendors (coordinating maintenance works and negotiating property insurance premiums with respective agent). His strength in written communication is elevated by his keen eye for detail when reviewing for accuracy and completion of administrative work like account recording and balancing.
His notable achievements include founding of a cultural university club in 2009, which helped promote university interest once again at formerly Indiana-Purdue (now Purdue Fort Wayne) toward Eastern Asian Language & Culture (namely Chinese), holding treasurer position at French Club the year before founding his own club aided in understanding the undertaking of both financial and administrative duties for a student organization.
Bosco holds a bachelor’s degree in General Studies with Small Business Mgmt. Certification from Indiana-Purdue, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in French. During his university years, he has been a participating member of Global Christian Fellowship in Fort Wayne for more than ten years interacting with faculty and students from all over the globe.
